If you're anything like us, you fall asleep dreaming of stainless steel and brass studded tile, and you wake up consumed by studded tile. Or you're just a semi-normal person, who is just curious... how it's made 
Well, we can't give away all of our secrets, but we wanted to share a *little* peak behind the curtain. Fabricating Studded Tile requires a keen eye for detail, a lot of patience, and a dash of bravery.
First, we perforate our custom-formulated rubber tiles. Our tiles are firmer than a typical rubber tile so that they are compatible with our machines, and we can inject 144 holes for studs.

Then, we stud the 144 rivets per tile.
After each tile is studded, we press them, to ensure the tightness of the stud.
And Finally, we roll up our sleeves. We buff them, pack them, and send them off for a life of dazzling durability *~*
